D'Shrondra Metoyer

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, D’Shrondra Metoyer brings a wealth of leadership, communication, and service experience to the real estate industry. Growing up in a large family of boys as the only girl and the youngest, D’Shrondra developed a strong personality, determination, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life—qualities that continue to shape who she is today.

D’Shrondra has dedicated 20 years to education, including 15 years as an English teacher and the last five years serving as a middle school assistant principal. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for helping others, developing meaningful relationships, advocating for families, and leading with compassion and integrity.

A proud graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, D’Shrondra holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration. After years of serving students, families, and communities, she has decided to take a leap of faith and pursue something she has always loved—selling homes and helping people through real estate.

Now a licensed real estate agent, D’Shrondra is excited to bring the same dedication, professionalism, patience, communication skills, and strong work ethic that defined her career in education into the world of real estate. She understands that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and she is committed to making her clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Outside of her professional life, D’Shrondra loves the holiday season, enjoys cold weather, binge-watching reality shows, spending time with family, and relaxing in her favorite recliner.
